You'll arrive in Munich and connect with your transfer to Nuremberg, where your river cruise begins. The drive takes you through Bavaria, and you'll have time to settle into the area before boarding.

Nuremberg
A guided tour walks you through Nuremberg's historic streets before you board your river ship. Once settled in your suite, the ship departs along the Main-Danube Canal. On deck, you'll sample Bavarian beer, sausage, and pretzels while cruising. It's a nice way to start your journey and get comfortable with the ship.

Regensburg
Regensburg offers two paths for the day. Either join a guided walk through the World Heritage city centre followed by a tasting at the historic sausage kitchen, or take a guided bike ride to Walhalla Memorial for views over the Danube River. Either way, you're back on the ship by evening.

- Day 4
Salzburg
After a guided tour of Salzburg, you'll head up Gaisberg Mountain for a signature experience. A hunting horn blower welcomes you, then lunch at a rustic restaurant with Salzburg views follows. The afternoon includes a Sound of Music show before returning to the ship.

Melk to Dürnstein
Melk Abbey, one of the world's most famous monastic sites, is your first stop. From there, you choose between cruising through the Wachau Valley to Dürnstein or taking a guided bike ride along the Danube. If interested, the ruins of the castle where Richard the Lionheart was held are available to visit. You'll dock in Dürnstein for the evening.

This evening brings an exclusive signature experience at Vienna's City Palace, where you'll attend a cocktail party and private classical recital by full orchestra featuring Mozart and Strauss, then an operatic performance.

Your afternoon is free to explore at your own pace. This evening, you'll gather for a farewell dinner with Hungarian folk music, local brandy, artisan meats and cheeses.
