  I have read your policy regarding cancellations, but I noticed there is no mention of visa refusal or e-visa rejection at the airport. We would like to know if, in the case of a visa refusal, we can receive a refund for our payment. Additionally, we require the invitation letter and hotel booking for the online visa. Will you be able to provide these documents?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 8th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
