Asked on April 8th, 2025I would like to inquire about your policy in the event of a visa refusal or any potential issues at the airport regarding the e-visa.
G AdventuresOperator•Written April 2025Please read the terms and conditions carefully, these would apply for any situation in which you cancel including any issues with the visa/airline. We take an initial deposit of 20%, and you can cancel the tour up to 30 days before departure, which would result in your deposit staying on file to be reused. Within 30 days, full fees apply for cancelling.

Traveler•Written April 2025I have read your policy regarding cancellations, but I noticed there is no mention of visa refusal or e-visa rejection at the airport. We would like to know if, in the case of a visa refusal, we can receive a refund for our payment. Additionally, we require the invitation letter and hotel booking for the online visa. Will you be able to provide these documents?

No, the same terms and conditions would apply. It's up to you to do research on your own visa, and purchase travel insurance incase you can't join us for any reason. We're able to supply documents if needed, for the visa after confirmation.

This tour is part of our 18 to 30 somethings travel style so there is an age restriction of 18 to 39 years old and we not able to make an exception for this. However we do have Classic Style trips in Greece which are ages 12 and up so if you would like we can see if there might another option for a tour in this style.
