Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
You'll fly into Ho Chi Minh City where your guide meets you at arrivals and drives you to the hotel. They'll set you up with a complimentary SIM card that includes unlimited 5G internet and international calling credit, so you're all connected from the start. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to relax and get oriented to the city.

- Day 2
Ho Chi Minh City
This morning you head out to the Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the underground network. After returning to Ho Chi Mihn City by midday, you'll see the War Remnants Museum, check out Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace), and walk through Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. You'll finish with some free time strolling down Dong Khoi Street, which was once called Rue Catinat during colonial times.

Mekong Delta
Early morning departure takes you to the Mekong Delta for a river cruise past Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix islands. You'll land on Unicorn Island to walk the village roads, see tropical fruit orchards, and visit a bee farm where they serve honey tea. Next comes a stop at a traditional Mekong Delta house and a coconut candy workshop. Later you reach Dragon Island for homemade lunch where you'll cook Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepes) and spring rolls with local families. By evening you're back in Ho Chi Minh City.

- Day 4
Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang
Your guide meets you this morning for the drive to the airport and your flight to Da Nang. When you arrive, your private guide picks you up and drives you to the hotel, handling your luggage and check-in. That evening you'll take a cruise on the Han River, passing the Han River Swing Bridge to see the city lights. On weekends, you might catch fire-breathing dragon displays at 9 am or see the bridge rotate 180 degrees.

- Day 5
Ba Na Hills
Your guide picks you up to head to Ba Na Hills for a roughly 25-minute cable car ride with panoramic views from Southeast Asia's most modern system. You'll see the Golden Bridge, explore a wine cellar and flower garden, and visit Linh Ung Pagoda. Taking a second cable car, you can see the French Village, Tombstone Temple, and Linh Phong Monastery, then try Fantasy Park with its Fairy Forest walk, Dinosaur Park, and 5D wild west experience. After a cable car ride back and lunch at a local restaurant, you'll visit the Lady Buddha Statue on Monkey Mountain, Vietnam's tallest Buddha statue with views of mountains and ocean. You return to your hotel by evening.

A private car takes you from Da Nang to Hoi An where you'll walk through historical sites like the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, and old Vietnamese merchants' houses. You'll visit a craftsman's home to try making traditional lanterns while learning about local life, and you get to keep the lantern you create as a souvenir.

Cam Thanh Coconut Village
Start at Hoi An's colorful market to see local life and pick out fresh ingredients for lunch, picking up bargaining tips along the way. From there you transfer to Cam Thanh Coconut Village for buffalo riding and rowing basket boats through narrow channels. You'll try catching crabs with rods and nets, then cook four vegetarian dishes and eat what you've made. The afternoon is yours to explore on your own.

Tra Que Village
After meeting your English-speaking guide near central Hoi An, you'll bike through Tra Que Village for four hours, riding past crystal-clear rivers and green rice fields. You'll visit farms to learn how locals grow and harvest crops, try gardening yourself, and go through rice paper making by grinding rice, stretching it, and drying the rolls. Lunch includes a hot bowl of Hoi An Pho with water, and you'll chat with your guide and villagers about how the local version compares to other Vietnamese cities before biking back.

A private car transfers you from Hoi An to Da Nang for your flight to Hanoi. Your guide meets you at arrivals and takes you to the hotel by private car, taking care of your bags and check-in process so everything runs smoothly.

Hanoi
You'll tour Hanoi's main sights starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes the Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's former stilt-house residence, the Hoa Lo Prison, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature (Vietnam's oldest university from 1070). After lunch, you'll head to the Museum of Ethnology to see life-size structures showing Vietnam's 54 ethnic minorities. Later comes an hour-long cyclo ride through the narrow streets of the Old Quarter, and the day wraps up with a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppets Show.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
You'll travel roughly three hours by private transfer to Halong City, then board a traditional Vietnamese junk in the afternoon. The cruise starts around the limestone islets and caves, and you'll watch the sunset from the deck before enjoying dinner. All meals are included while on board, and you can try optional activities like swimming, kayaking, or diving.

- Day 12
Halong Bay to Hanoi
This morning you wake early to see the sunrise with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. The cruise continues, and you can pick between kayaking or taking a traditional rowing boat to see local life on the water. By around 10:30 am you disembark at Tuan Chau International Passenger Port where your guide and driver transfer you back to Hanoi (about three hours). Your private guide then escorts you to the airport for your onward flight.
