Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Tokyo
You'll arrive in Tokyo and head to the Airport Limousine Bus ticketing counter to buy a ticket for transport to your hotel (this is on your own dime).
- Day 2
Tokyo
Spend the day however you like around Tokyo, or sign up for the optional Tokyo Discovery Tour that hits Tsukiji Market, Odaiba Seaside Park, Asakusa Kannon Temple, and the Kabukicho area in Shinjuku.

Tokyo to Hakone to Shizuoka
After checking out, you'll board the tour bus heading to Hakone for sightseeing. Take the Komagatake Ropeway for elevated views, then cruise Lake Ashi to catch Mount Fuji from the water. Later, head to Shizuoka, known for tea production. You'll spend the night in the Mt. Fuji Area or Shizuoka/Aichi Prefecture.

Shizuoka to Kyoto
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan and its former capital for over 1,000 years. Walk through historic alleyways, see temples, shrines, palaces, and gardens. There's an optional Kyoto Discovery Tour available that includes Kinkakuji and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

You can spend the day exploring Kyoto on your own, or join the optional full-day excursion to Nara and Osaka. That tour includes Kasukataisya Shrine, feeding deer at Nara Park, checking out Osaka Castle Park, and shopping at Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

Kyoto to Tokyo
After breakfast, you'll take the Shinkansen High-speed Bullet Train back to Tokyo, which cruises at up to 189 mph and comes with reclining seats, local food options, and scenic views along the way. Once you reach your hotel, the rest of your day is open.

- Day 7
Tokyo to Beijing
Check out before noon and catch the Airport Limousine Bus (at your own expense) to the airport. Then you'll fly to Beijing, clear customs and immigration, meet your tour representative, and transfer to your hotel. After that, your time is yours to relax.

Beijing
You can relax at the hotel and use the facilities, or get out and explore the area on your own. There are optional programs: visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City with lunch included, or attend a Peking Duck Dinner Banquet with wine.

Beijing
You'll visit the Great Wall at JuYongGuan Pass just outside Beijing, with time for hiking and taking in the views. From there, you'll go to the Jade Museum and Traditional Chinese Medicine Center for some learning. If you're interested, there's an optional evening showing of The Golden Mask Dynasty Show featuring over 200 performers.
