- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll touch down at Tribhuvan International Airport where staff will be waiting to greet you. From there, they'll drive you to your hotel in Kathmandu so you can settle in and rest before things get started.

- Day 2
Pre-Departure Meeting in Kathmandu
Meet up with your guides and porters for a briefing session covering all the details you need to know. They'll check your gear, go over the weather forecast, and have you fill out some paperwork with your personal and medical information. You'll also learn about the Leave No Trace policy and where to store bags you're not bringing trekking.

- Day 3
Kathmandu to Pokhara
Head out from Kathmandu on a bus heading to Pokhara, about 200 kilometers away. The drive takes roughly 7 to 8 hours, so you'll be on the road most of the day, but the scenery along the way makes it worthwhile and gets you to your trekking starting point.

- Day 4
Pokhara to Tolka Trek
Your guide picks you up from the Pokhara hotel and drives you to Phedi where the trekking begins. You'll walk through the local villages of Dhampus and Pothana, seeing how people live and catching glimpses of the mountains. By evening, you reach Tolka for your first night sleeping on the trail.

Tolka to Sinuwa Trek
Today is a solid 7-hour trek from Tolka through countryside that drops down to Modi Khola. You'll pass through Landruk, cross a suspension bridge at Jhinu Danda, then climb steeply up to the Gurung settlement of Chhomrong. After that, you descend and climb again before reaching Sinuwa for the night.

Sinuwa to Deurali Trek
Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali on a section that's beautiful but requires real effort. You'll move through thick forests, navigate rocky stretches, and push to higher elevations where the air gets thinner. The mountain views open up more as you climb higher.

Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp
Trek from Deurali up to Annapurna Base Camp, the main destination. The valley opens up and becomes gentler as you reach higher altitudes, so you'll take it slower. When you arrive at ABC, the 360-degree views of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and other peaks surrounding you make all the effort worthwhile.

- Day 8
Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo/Dovan
After breakfast and tea at base camp, you'll head down the same route past Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali, and Himalaya. You'll reach either Bamboo or Dovan for the night, so the day is mostly descent with less physical strain than the climb up.

- Day 9
Bamboo to Ghandruk Trek
Start with a 30-minute walk through jungle from Bamboo to Sinuwa, then head down to the Chhomrung river and climb the long stone steps up to upper Chhomrong. Continue past Komrong Khola and over Komrong Danda before walking another 30 minutes into Ghandruk village.

Ghandruk to Pokhara
After breakfast, trek to Siwai, which takes around an hour. From there, a vehicle will pick you up for the 3 to 4 hour drive back to Pokhara, marking the end of your trekking portion.

Rest Day in Pokhara
Spend the day recovering in Pokhara and taking things easy. Walk along the lake, watch paragliders soaring overhead, or try out some of the adventure sports on offer in this town. It's a chance to relax and let your legs recover.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
Board a tourist bus for the 7 to 8 hour journey back to Kathmandu. The route retraces your earlier drive, and by evening you'll be back in the capital city.

Wellness Retreat in Kathmandu
Begin your wellness retreat focused on helping your body bounce back from the physical demands of trekking. The day introduces the rejuvenation activities designed to restore energy and help you recover.
