Kathmandu
Your representative will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and drive you to your hotel in Kathmandu. After you check in, you can either take it easy from the flight or head out to explore the Thamel area on your own. It's a good way to get your bearings and settle in.

Kathmandu
A certified guide takes you to Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites with entry fees covered. You'll spend the morning and afternoon walking through these significant religious sites before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
Head out early from Kathmandu by private vehicle or local bus for the scenic drive to Syabrubesi, your trek's starting point. The drive takes several hours, so you'll spend much of the day traveling. Sleep at a lodge in Syabrubesi.

Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel
Your trekking permit gets checked before you begin. Your guides and porters accompany you through rolling green landscapes to Lama Hotel. The first day's walk introduces you to the terrain and rhythm of trekking in this region.

Lama Hotel to Mundu
Continue walking with your guides and porters through mountain scenery as the landscape shifts around you. You'll reach Mundu by day's end and stay at a teahouse there. Each day brings new views as you climb higher into the mountains.

Mundu to Kyanjin Gompa
Trek toward Kyanjin Gompa through scenic mountain terrain with your guides and porters. The trail gets steeper as you gain elevation. You'll spend the night at a teahouse in Kyanjin Gompa, a major stop on the trek.

Landmarks Kyanjin Gompa - Day 8
Kyanjin Gompa
This morning, climb to Tserko Ri, the highest point of your trek, for views across the valley and mountains. After taking in the landscape, you'll head back down to Kyanjin Gompa for the night. The effort pays off with those views.

Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
Begin heading down, retracing your route back to Lama Hotel with your guides and porters. Descents can be hard on the knees, so take your time on the trail. You'll stay at the teahouse in Lama Hotel.

Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
Continue your descent back to Syabrubesi, finishing the trek with your guides and porters. The final day brings you back to where the trek started. Rest at a lodge in Syabrubesi after completing the trek.

Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
Head back to Kathmandu by private vehicle or local bus. You'll check into your hotel after arriving. The return drive gives you time to reflect on the trekking experience and recover from the physical activity.

Kathmandu to Lumbini
Depart for Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, traveling by private vehicle or tourist bus. The drive south takes most of the day. You'll check into your hotel in Lumbini by evening.

Lumbini
A certified guide takes you around Lumbini to see the Maya Devi Temple, the Sacred Garden, and various monasteries. Entry fees are included. Spend the day walking through these religious and historical sites. Stay another night in Lumbini.

A certified yoga teacher leads you through a yoga and meditation course in the peaceful surroundings of the Kathmandu Valley. The session helps you relax and reflect on your trip. You'll spend the night at your hotel in Kathmandu.
