  1. Day 1

    Arrival at Alltshellach

    Check in starts at 4pm when you'll arrive at Alltshellach, a historic Highland property. The team greets you with complimentary cream tea, so you can settle in and meet other guests before dinner. It's a relaxed first evening to get your bearings and chat with the HF Holidays staff.

  2. Day 2

    Guided Mountain Walks

    Three guided walking options let you pick your pace today. The easier route crosses the Corran Ferry through forest and woodland trails. If you want more challenge, climb past Maclean's Towel waterfall to Meall Breac's summit. The third option heads to Ardgour Peninsula for a mountain ridge walk. All three routes show off Loch Linnhe and the surrounding peaks nicely.

  3. Day 3

    Ben Nevis Area Walks

    You've got three walking choices in the Ben Nevis area with different difficulty levels. Take the moderate route through Nevis Gorge to see Steall Waterfall, or go harder with the climb below the north face and its famous climbing cliffs. The biggest challenge is the full Ben Nevis ascent, Britain's highest mountain, where you'll catch panoramic views from the top.

    Rest Day with Optional Local Attractions

    This day is yours to use however you like. Rest at the property or venture out to explore. Ballachulish village sits about 25 minutes away, or head to Fort William for outdoor shops and activities. If you're keen on travel, the Jacobite Steam Train to Mallaig runs scenic routes, and you can day trip to Isle of Mull, Isle of Lismore, Oban, or visit the iconic Eilean Donan Castle.

    Guided Walks around Kentallen and Loch Linnhe

    Three guided walks with varying difficulty are on offer today. The coastal route around Kentallen Peninsula gives chances to spot birds and seals. A low-level option on Lismore takes you through old fishing villages and past Pictish ruins. For something tougher, tackle the Beinn A'Bheithir mountain traverse with its three summits and dramatic ridge sections.

    Kinlochleven Mountain Walks

    Today's guided walks center around Kinlochleven at Loch Leven's head. One option ascends to the mountain lake Loch Eilde Mor surrounded by Mamore peaks. Another climbs from the loch's southern shore to Garbh Bheinn's summit. The most demanding route traverses the Mamore ridge hitting 10 Munro summits, including a stop at Grey Mare's Tail waterfall.

    Glen Etive and Glen Coe Walks

    Three guided walks explore the dramatic Glen Etive and Glen Coe landscape. One traverses between the iconic Buachaille mountains through the Lairig Gartain pass. Another climbs Buachaille Etive Beag's magnificent ridge to both summits. The third tackles Buachaille Etive Mor on a more demanding route with views over Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe stretching below.
