Casablanca to Marrakech
You'll arrive at Casablanca Airport where breakfast and a warm welcome are waiting. From there, head to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the world's largest religious structures, for a guided tour that includes walking through the interior and checking out the partial glass floor with ocean views. After grabbing lunch along Ocean Boulevard, you'll travel to Marrakech with a few scenic stops, pulling in by late evening.

- Day 2
Marrakech
This morning after breakfast, your private local guide takes you through Marrakech's main cultural sites. You'll see the exterior of the 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque, then visit Bahia Palace with its detailed decorations, the quiet Saadian Tombs, and El Badi Palace's impressive ruins. Lunch happens in the Medina near Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, and afterward you'll walk through the Ben Youssef Madrasa before wandering the souks with all their sights and sounds. You're back at your place by late afternoon.

- Day 3
Ourika Valley - Setti Fatma
After breakfast, you'll drive about an hour out to Ourika Valley, which sits south of Marrakech. There's a local herbal apothecary's garden where you can try an optional aromatic footbath, and you'll have traditional mint tea with a local Berber family. For lunch, you choose between a rooftop café with mountain views or a riverside spot where you can actually wade in the stream. In the afternoon, your guide takes you hiking to Setti Fatma waterfalls. By evening you're heading back to Marrakech, arriving late.

- Day 4
Marrakech to Essaouira
Your morning is flexible after breakfast, so you can relax or add optional activities like a cooking class or hammam experience if you want. Lunch takes you to one of the oldest riads in the Medina, beautifully decorated inside. After eating, you'll head toward the Atlantic coast with the option to stop at a rural argan oil co-operative. You arrive in Essaouira by late afternoon or early evening, with photo stops along the way.

Essaouira
Following breakfast, your private guide shows you around Essaouira starting with a walk through historic areas and local artisan workshops under the Ramparts. The afternoon is yours to wander through the Medina and souks at your own pace, or you can spend time on the bay and beach. There are plenty of photo spots and places to grab refreshments.

After breakfast, you'll explore Sidi Kaouki's quiet beaches, then stop at the famous Jimi Hendrix Beach Café in Diabet. Continuing on, you reach Agadir for fresh seafood lunch at a modern beach resort overlooking the Atlantic. Then you head inland through Date palm groves and Kasbah-lined Draa Valley into traditional Berber country. Taroudant, a medieval walled city, is where you arrive by late afternoon. To finish the day, you take a caleche (horse-drawn cart) ride around the ancient city walls.

- Day 7
Taroudant to Erg Chigaga
This morning after breakfast, you're heading to the mountain town of Talioune, known for high-quality saffron production. You'll explore the rustic saffron museum and sit down for traditional mint tea in this quiet village, then have lunch there to get a real sense of Berber life. Later, things get intense with a 90 km off-road adventure across the Desert Piste via Foum Zguid, basically following the old Paris-Dakar rally route. You'll pass the now-dry Lake Iraqui as the terrain gets rougher and rougher. Rolling into Erg Chigaga camp by late afternoon, you can climb the dunes at sunset if you want. Evening brings a 90-minute camel trek at sunset or sunrise, dinner, live music, and time sitting around the campfire under stars.

- Day 8
Erg Chigaga to Zagora
If you want to catch the sunrise over the Sahara, you can wake early, though it's optional. Breakfast happens at the camp, and then you've got free time to relax or explore the dunes on your own. Mid-morning you depart, traveling 60 km of Desert Piste to gradually leave the Sahara behind. There's a stop in the Saharan village of M'hamid for traditional lunch. You'll then visit a Museum inside a historic Kasbah in the Palmerie, then see Tamegroute where artisan potters work at outdoor kilns using techniques passed down for generations. Before arriving in Zagora by late afternoon, you'll also visit the partially underground inhabited Kasbah of Tamegroute to experience its long history, with photo and refreshment stops included.

After breakfast, you'll explore the Agdz Palmerie either on foot or by camel through this lush green oasis where ancient Saharan silversmithing is still happening. You'll journey through Date palm groves and Kasbah-lined Draa Valley, watching the scenery change constantly with dramatic mountains offering great photo moments. Lunch is at Kasbah Tamnougalt, which has panoramic valley views. Late in the afternoon you arrive at Fint Oasis, a peaceful place surrounded by palms and desert landscape. You'll have free time to check it out before settling in for the evening.

In the afternoon, you head toward Ouarzazate, known as the Gateway to the Sahara and Morocco's filming hub. You'll visit Kasbah Taourirt, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to check out its architecture and historical importance. If you're interested in film, there's an optional visit to Atlas Film Studios. Then you continue on to Ait Ben Haddou, arriving by late afternoon or early evening where striking mud-brick kasbahs are perfect for photos.

Starting after breakfast, you'll take a leisurely walk through the still-inhabited UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou with panoramic views all around that are great for photography. You'll stop at a Berber village bakery co-operative to watch traditional bread-making techniques that have been passed down through generations. Lunch happens in the High Atlas Mountains with views stretching across valleys and peaks. After that, you visit ornately decorated Kasbah Telouet for a look at the region's grand past. The scenic drive through winding High Atlas roads and over the famous Tichka Pass is a highlight. You arrive back in Marrakech by late afternoon, with photo and refreshment stops whenever you want them.

Your schedule today depends on your flight departure time. If you're flying out of Casablanca, plan about 3 hours for the drive to the airport and aim to arrive at least 2 hours 30 minutes before your flight. From Marrakech, it's roughly 45 minutes to Menara Airport with the same 2 hours 30 minutes check-in buffer. You'll head out with heartfelt goodbyes as your trip wraps up.
