    Hanoi

    Land in Hanoi and your private driver takes you from the airport straight to your hotel in the Old Quarter area. After you settle in, the rest of the day is yours to either take it easy following your flight or start getting a feel for the city on your own terms.

  2. Day 2

    Hanoi - Ba Vi

    After breakfast at the hotel, your guide takes you out to Ba Vi countryside where you'll meet Mr. Duoc, a war veteran who runs a tea farm. You learn about picking and processing tea, then head to Moc village to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes with Mrs. Chin and eat what you prepared in a tropical garden setting. Later you take a walk around the village to see how tofu and conical hats are made, cycle through paddy fields, and finish with an herb-infused foot soak before heading back to Hanoi.

    Eat breakfast and check out of your Hanoi hotel, then board the limousine bus heading to Sapa. The 6-hour drive takes you through scenic countryside before you reach your accommodation in the mountain town. You have free time for the rest of the day to look around at your own pace.

  4. Day 4

    Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Ta Van

    Meet your guide around 9:30 am to start a 12 km trek through Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages where Hmong minorities live. You'll see rice terraces and mountain views, have lunch by the river in Lao Chai, then continue hiking to Ta Van village where the Dzay people are based. You spend the night at a homestay to experience how locals actually live and their daily customs.

    Ta Van - Sapa to Hanoi

    Fuel up with breakfast, then trek to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Dao minority and walk through bamboo forest in Hoang Lien National Park. Along the route you pass a waterfall and rattan bridge where you can rest, have lunch at a nice spot, and then keep going toward Su Pan village. From there it's a car ride back to Sapa and then the limousine bus takes you back to Hanoi.

    Check out and the cruise team picks you up for the drive to Halong Bay, passing through the Red River Delta with its emerald rice paddies. Once at the pier you board the cruise and take in views of limestone rocks and karst formations. Seafood lunch comes next on the boat, then you head out for kayaking or swimming to explore the grottoes closer. Back on board for early dinner and optional activities or relaxing time.

    Get up early to catch the sunrise at this natural wonder, with breakfast served inside. A Tai Chi class on the sun deck helps wake you up physically and mentally. Then you visit a limestone cave with stalagmites and stalactites. After exploring, you check out from the boat and have brunch while sailing back to the harbor, then transfer to your Hanoi accommodation.

    Hue City Tour

    Your guide meets you around 8:00 to 8:30 am for a full Hue city tour starting with a boat ride on the Perfume River to Thien Mu pagoda, Hue's oldest. You visit the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled, then the Royal Antiques Museum with dynasty collections. Stop at Dong Ba market for lunch, then in the afternoon see Khai Dinh's Tomb with its mix of Vietnamese and European styles and Minh Mang's Tomb showing Confucian design. Pass by villages making conical hats and incense sticks. You're back at the hotel by 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

    Eat a hearty breakfast and your guide meets you around 7:15 to 7:30 am for the trip to the Mekong Delta. Head to Ben Tre on the left side of the river and board a sampan to cruise around four islands (Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise). On Unicorn Island you walk country lanes and see orchards, check out fruit plantations with tropical fruit tastings and folk music, take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, and visit family workshops and a honey-bee farm to taste honey tea and coconut candies. Have traditional lunch, then cycle around Tan Thach village to connect with locals or just relax in a hammock. Later you transfer to Can Tho.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before January 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Tour Fun. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam Tour Fun will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
