Kochi to Munnar
You'll arrive at Kochi airport and get picked up for the drive to Munnar, which takes a few hours through winding roads as you head into the Western Ghats. Once at your hotel, you can settle in and relax for the rest of the day. The views from your balcony show off Kerala's tea plantations and the green landscape looks particularly lush during monsoon season, so it's a good time to just unwind and take it all in.

- Day 2
Munnar
This morning you'll head out on a nature walk through Munnar's tea plantations, which are wet and green after recent rain. The walk takes you through the fields where you can see how the tea is grown and harvested. After that, you'll visit a tea factory to see how the leaves get processed from start to finish. Later in the day, drive to Echo Point for the views and to test out the natural echo effect there. Back at your hotel by evening, you can relax with some tea on the balcony or sit by the fireplace if it's cool enough.

- Day 3
Munnar to Thekkady
You'll drive through dense forest heading toward Thekkady, watching the landscape change as you get closer to this wildlife area. Once you check into your resort and grab lunch, head out on an afternoon boat ride across Periyar Lake where you might catch sight of elephants, tigers, or deer depending on the season and time of day. Later, take a tour through one of the spice plantations to learn about how cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon are grown and harvested in this region. Dinner that evening is traditional Kerala cuisine served right at the resort.

- Day 4
Thekkady to Kumarakom
Leave Thekkady early and drive through emerald paddy fields and coconut groves as the landscape flattens out toward Kumarakom. You'll board a houseboat for the afternoon and float through the quiet backwater canals with traditional villages along the banks. Lunch is served onboard while you drift through the waterways. As evening comes, you'll watch the sun set over the water from the boat, and after that just relax on deck as the night settles in.

Kumarakom to Kochi
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll get driven to Cochin Airport for your flight home or onward to your next stop. The drive back takes you back through the same beautiful landscapes you've seen over the past few days.
