You'll arrive in Amsterdam and get settled on your river ship. After getting your bearings, there's time to walk around this bustling city on your own terms with a map in hand. This evening, you'll meet the Cruise Director and other passengers at a Captain's Welcome Reception where you can start getting to know your travel companions.

Amsterdam to Hoorn
The morning brings a peaceful cruise along the IJmeer and Markermeer waterways. After grabbing lunch onboard, you'll arrive in Hoorn and join a walking tour that takes you through the horn-shaped harbour and shows you the town's key sights and landmarks from its maritime past.

Rotterdam

Willemstad
You'll visit Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage site home to the largest collection of 18th-century windmills in the Netherlands. After exploring these iconic structures, your ship departs for Willemstad where you'll have the rest of the day and evening to check out the town however you'd like.

Zeeland Region
Your ship cruises through the Zeeland region as the journey continues through Dutch waterways and smaller towns. This is a good day to relax on deck or take advantage of onboard facilities while the landscape unfolds around you.

Battlefield Tour
This day focuses on World War I history with guided visits to significant sites. You'll see the Memorial Museum Passchendaele, walk through Tyne Cot Cemetery, and visit the Polygon Wood battlefield area. A guide provides context for these important historical locations.
