  1. Day 1

    Arrival in India

    You'll arrive in India and get settled into your hotel. Mid-afternoon check-in gives you time to rest and adjust after traveling, so take the evening easy and get oriented to your surroundings.

  2. Day 2

    Delhi

    Start your Delhi exploration with a private guide visiting the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, and the Presidential Palace. Later, ride through Chandni Chowk bazaar on a rickshaw through centuries-old alleyways where vendors sell silver, saris, and spices among the crowded streets.

    Meet your guide early for sunrise at the Taj Mahal, the iconic white marble tomb built by Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife. In the afternoon, explore Agra Fort, a UNESCO site with red sandstone walls that once housed the imperial courts of Moghul rulers.

    Kathmandu

    Your morning starts with a private guide at Hanuman Dhoka, the historic royal palace, then you'll see the Temple of Kumari where the Living Goddess resides in a structure said to be carved from a single tree. The afternoon and evening are yours to wander and relax.

    Very well organized, with friendly, knowledgeable and engaging tour director, using humour to help learning experience. Safety was key, with excellent driving skills and hand sanitizer being used at the end of each visit, prior to re-entry into bus. Great selection of stunning experiences and accommodations, as well as amazing food selections, always offering an opportunity for further cultural emersion through gastronomic experiences.
