Bergen
You'll arrive in Bergen at your own pace. Your guide meets up with you in the evening, and the two of you head to a local restaurant for a welcome dinner. After that, you'll settle into your accommodation for the night.

Voss
This morning starts with a 2-hour city tour covering the fish market, Bryggen's Hansa quarter, and Bergenshus fortress. Then you'll take the Fløibanen cable car up Fløien hill to catch panoramic views across the city and coastline. Later, you'll drive via Samnanger to reach the Hardangerfjord at Noheimsund, where a fruit farm visit includes a guided tour, cider tasting, and coffee with cake. From there you continue along the fjord and arrive in Voss for the night.

- Day 3
Flåm - Balestrand
Start early with the Bergen Railway from Voss heading to Myrdal, then switch to the Flåm Railway for a 50-minute descent through the Flåm Valley. The 20 km route drops 865 meters through 20 tunnels, passing snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, and green meadows. After that, an express boat takes you on the Aurlandsfjord and Sognefjord to Balestrand, where you'll stay at Kviknes Hotel.

- Day 4
Bergen - Cruise Embarkation
A coach drives you back to Bergen, crossing the Sognefjord by ferry between Dragsvik and Hella, then continuing on to Vangsnes while passing through the Vikafjell mountains. Once in Bergen, you'll board your Havila Voyages cruise ship and settle into your Seaview Superior double cabin for the 11-night voyage ahead.

Torvik - Ålesund - Geirangerfjord
After your first night aboard, you'll wake to Torvik with its beautiful stone houses and warehouses. The ship continues to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. If you're traveling in summer, there's an optional excursion available from Ålesund to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Geirangerfjord, known for its steep mountainsides and wild waterfalls.

Arctic Archipelago
The ship docks in Trondheim this morning. You'll visit Nidaros Cathedral, which serves as Norway's national shrine and ranks among Northern Europe's largest cathedrals. The city itself was founded over a thousand years ago. Later, your journey continues across the fjord and through an archipelago dotted with small islands as you head toward northern Norway.

Lofoten Islands
You'll sail across the Arctic Circle into Arctic waters. During summer months, expect the midnight sun; in winter you might see the Northern Lights throughout the dark days. Along the way, the ship passes the largest glacier in northern Scandinavia, the world's strongest tidal current, and you'll watch for sea eagles. By evening, the Lofoten Islands come into view with their fishing villages, steep mountainsides, and Viking heritage.

- Day 8
Sami Experience
The ship travels through narrow fjords and rugged mountains to reach Tromsø, a city shaped by fishing heritage and polar expeditions. Here you'll enter the realm of the Sami, Norway's indigenous people. A cultural experience includes meeting a Sami and his reindeer, where you'll learn about Sami traditions and their way of life.

Landmarks Tromsø - Day 9
North Cape
You'll reach the northernmost point of mainland Europe at the North Cape, traveling as far north as possible by land and sea. This polar region features harsh, barren nature with bare mountain plateaus and jagged rocks where people still live. An optional opportunity lets you try fresh fish, including king crab.

Landmarks North Cape - Day 10
Russian Border
The ship reaches the easternmost point of the cruise, with Russia only a few kilometers away. Road signs in Kirkenes display both Norwegian and Russian text. You'll have the option to sail up toward the Russian border, or alternatively visit the ice hotel, which is built entirely from snow and ice.

Landmarks Kirkenes - Day 11
Midnight Sun or Northern Lights
The return voyage heads southward as the polar landscape transforms from large mountain plateaus to steep mountain peaks. You'll arrive in Tromsø in the evening. Known as the 'Paris of the North', the city offers nightlife opportunities under the midnight sun in summer or Northern Lights in winter.

Trollfjord
You'll pass the wild and idyllic Lofoten Islands again, where chalk-white sandy beaches and fishing villages sit below pointed peaks. Local residents use the coastal ships for daily travel and transportation. Weather permitting, the ship sails into the narrow Trollfjord, giving you a rare chance to spot sea eagles in their natural habitat.

- Day 13
Torghatten
The ship crosses the Arctic Circle again while heading south, leaving behind the polar nights and midnight days. In winter, the Northern Lights remain visible; in summer, nights barely darken. You'll pass many small islands and skerries, plus the distinctive Torghatten mountain with its unique hole through the middle. An optional shore excursion lets you hike through the mountain.

Kristiansund - Molde
The ship crosses the wide Trondheimsfjord with its farms lining both banks before reaching the coast and open sea. At Kristiansund, there's an optional chance to drive the Atlantic Road, voted the world's most beautiful car route, which winds over small islands, skerries, and rocky islets. The ship then disembarks at Molde.

Bergen - Departure
The final day travels along varied coastal landscapes with bare mountain peaks and a labyrinth of straits and waterways between numerous islands. Inland lie large fjords and glaciers. The ship arrives back in Bergen, the proud port city where your journey started. From there, a transfer takes you to Bergen airport for your individual return.
