- Day 1
Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
You'll leave Johannesburg early and drive toward Kruger National Park. The scenic route takes most of the morning and early afternoon, then you'll have time for a game viewing tour as you head to your lodge. After settling into Skukuza Rest Camp, dinner wraps up your first evening in the park.

Landmarks Kruger National Park Skukuza Rest Camp - Day 2
Kruger National Park
Start before sunrise with coffee and traditional South African rusks while watching the light come up. You'll spend the full day in an open safari vehicle with experienced guides, tracking the Big 5 and other wildlife. Breakfast happens at a picnic spot out in the park. Head back to the lodge by late afternoon and have dinner under the stars.

Landmarks Kruger National Park - Day 3
Kruger National Park to Hoedspruit
After breakfast, you'll drive for three hours to Orpen Gate and exit Kruger, heading into Makalali Private Game Reserve. Once there, grab high tea and relax by the pool or on a viewing platform. Later in the afternoon, get out on a game drive across the 26,000-hectare reserve. Finish with a fine dinner on the deck.

Hoedspruit to Graskop (Panorama Route)
An early morning game drive in the bush comes first, then breakfast back at the lodge. You'll drive the scenic Panorama Route as the landscape shifts from bushland to green mountains. The day includes stops at Blyde River Canyon, The Three Rondavels, Bourke's Luck Potholes, Lisbon Falls, God's Window, and the Pinnacle. Dinner happens that evening in Graskop.
