- Day 1
Lucerne
You'll arrive in Lucerne by car or train (train included from the Swiss border), and the city center welcomes you right away. This lakeside location sits on one of the world's most beautiful lakes with mountains surrounding it on all sides. Spend time looking at the iconic 14th century Chapel Bridge and Water Tower as you walk around and get your bearings.

- Day 2
Lucerne to Interlaken
After having breakfast at your hotel, you'll board the Lucerne-Interlaken Express for about a 2-hour train ride. During this time, the landscape of the Brünig Pass rolls past your window as you travel in comfort to Interlaken. The town sits between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, positioned right at the entrance to three major peaks: the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.

- Day 3
Interlaken to Montreux
You'll have breakfast and then board the GoldenPass Express for roughly 3 hours and 15 minutes. The train goes through the Bernese Oberland alongside Lake Thun, passes Zweisimmen, and continues into the vineyard terraces of Lavaux, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that drops down to Lake Geneva. When you reach Montreux, take a walk along the lake where you'll see a statue of Freddy Mercury, who spent time here and created some of his work in this peaceful spot.

Montreux to Lucerne
Following breakfast, the day is yours to explore Montreux on your own schedule. When you're ready to move on, you can take the train back to Lucerne (included to the Swiss border), with the choice to return by car or stay on the train. If you want more time in the area, individual extensions are something you can arrange.
