Itinerary
- Day 1
Montreux
You'll arrive in Montreux by car or train, with your transfer from the Swiss border already arranged. After you get settled, take some time to walk along the lakeshore and check out the Freddy Mercury statue, then head over to Chillon Castle which sits right on the water's edge and dates back to medieval times. You'll spend the night here in Montreux.

- Day 2
Montreux to Interlaken
Have breakfast at your hotel, then board the GoldenPass Express for a scenic train journey that takes about 3 hours and 15 minutes through the Swiss countryside. You'll pass through the UNESCO World Heritage vineyard terraces of Lavaux overlooking Lake Geneva, then continue through Zweisimmen and Spiez alongside Lake Thun before arriving in Interlaken. From there you can see views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks, with the town situated between two lakes. Stay overnight in Interlaken.

- Day 3
Interlaken to Lucerne
Start with breakfast at your hotel, then head to the station for the Lucerne-Interlaken Express, which takes approximately 2 hours. The train travels through the Brünig Pass area, so you'll have views of the Swiss landscape the whole way. After you arrive in Lucerne, settle in for the night.

- Day 4
Lucerne
After breakfast, you have the day to yourself to walk around Lucerne at your own pace. The city sits on a lake with mountains nearby, and there's a nice mix of water views and historic buildings to see. Don't miss the Chapel Bridge from the 14th century and the Water Tower. In the afternoon, take the train to Montreux (transfer included), and from there you can continue onward by car or head back to the Swiss border by train (also included). Individual extensions are available if you want to stay longer.
