You'll arrive in Buenos Aires and head to your hotel. The rest of your day is free to wander around at your own pace. Stop by a traditional coffee house, take in the city's creative vibe, and check out the European influences throughout the streets.

- Day 2
Buenos Aires
Morning city tour takes you through the historic center, starting at Plaza de Mayo where you'll see the Government Palace. Then you'll walk through the bohemian streets of San Telmo and colorful La Boca to see El Caminito street. After that, head to the upscale Recoleta district. Later in the evening, you'll have dinner and catch a tango show at a tango house.

Today Buenos Aires is yours to explore on your own. If you want a guided experience though, several optional excursions are on offer including trips to Tigre Delta, San Antonio de Areco, or a bike tour through northern neighborhoods like Palermo and Recoleta.

- Day 4
Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
Early morning transfer gets you to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Once you arrive, there's a brief city tour on the way to your hotel where you'll settle in for a 2-night stay in this remote Tierra del Fuego location.

Ushuaia
Morning half-day excursion takes you to Tierra del Fuego National Park where you'll see lenga forests, ferns and mosses, plus views of the Andes, Ensenada Bay and the Beagle Channel. The afternoon is free, though an optional catamaran excursion is available to see the lighthouse, islands, seabirds and sea lions.

Ushuaia to Puerto Madryn
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Trelew. You'll visit Punta Tombo, home to the world's largest breeding site of Magellanic penguins where you can see all stages from courtship through young rearing. Then it's a drive to Puerto Madryn on the Atlantic coast for a 2-night stay.

- Day 7
Puerto Madryn
Full-day excursion to Valdés Peninsula, a nature park with sea lions, elephant seals, bird species including the bird island, and potentially Ñandus, armadillos, foxes, burrowing owls and guanacos. From May to December, optional whale watching boat tours are available when whales come to breed near the coast.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. The afternoon is free. Depending on your flight time, an optional excursion to the Glaciarium Museum is available, an interactive ice interpretation center with insights into Patagonian glaciers and climate research.

El Calafate
Full-day excursion to Los Glaciares National Park to see Perito Moreno Glacier, a 5 km long and 70 meter high glacier still growing and advancing up to 1 meter per day into Lago Argentino. You'll access the glacier from multiple terraces connected by wooden walkways, and if conditions align, you may witness the ice wall calving.

Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls
Morning drive to the airport for your flight to Iguazu Falls. Transfer to your hotel on the Argentine side in the border triangle of Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. You'll visit the Brazilian side via an observation walkway system that winds along the rocks and ends at a platform at the foot of Floriano Falls. An elevator returns you to the bus parking lot before heading back to the Argentine hotel.

Iguazu Falls
Morning visit to the Argentine side of the falls. Walk between the individual waterfalls and take an ecological gas-powered train to the Devil's Throat, the narrowest point of the cliff edge. You'll walk around the Iguazu Canyon on either the lower or upper circuit covering approximately 3 km while observing the flora, fauna and 270 individual waterfalls. The afternoon is free.
