My friends and I had such a great time at China that I booked with them again for my trip to Japan. Phoebe was also very quick to respond to my text messages whenever I run into any delays. - Daniel· May 8th, 2025Amber with Ume Travel This review is in regards to Amber in Ume Travel. We had a previous experience with her with a tour in Japan, which was great in all respects. Then I had the need for a business trip in China, where I had no idea how to do it, since the suppliers we had to visit were so far away from each other. She fixed the complete schedule, including the route, hotels, trains, cars, drivers who were gentle, always on time and willing to get out of the way to accomodate us. The hotels she chose were up to our expectations and one of them even better. I highly recommend Amber, who was always at hand during the whole trip.5☆Show more
