  1. Day 1

    Delhi

    You'll arrive at Delhi airport where staff will greet you with fresh flower garlands. After that, you're transferred to your hotel with check-in help. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get a feel for India's capital city.

  2. Day 2

    Delhi

    After breakfast at the hotel, you'll head out to see Delhi's main landmarks. First stop is Bangla Sahib Gurudwara for its spiritual significance, then you drive past India Gate and the government buildings. The day continues at Laxmi Narayaran Temple, followed by the UNESCO-listed Qutub Minar. You'll see Humayun's Tomb and grab photos at the Lotus Temple before heading back to rest.

  3. Day 3

    Delhi to Agra

    This morning after breakfast you'll explore Old Delhi starting at Raj Ghat memorial, then move to Jama Masjid. A rickshaw ride takes you through the narrow lanes where you can walk around Chandni Chowk market checking out spices, textiles and jewelry. You'll photograph the Red Fort and its surroundings. Later in the afternoon, you drive to Agra (about 200km, 4 hours) and check into your hotel for the night.

    Agra

    You start early heading to the Taj Mahal for sunrise, seeing the white marble mausoleum in soft morning light. Back at the hotel you have breakfast and rest. After that, you check out and tour Agra Fort with its detailed architecture, then visit a marble workshop. By afternoon you drive to Ranthambore (about 240km) and check in for dinner and overnight stay.

    Ranthambore to Jaipur

    Early morning brings a jeep safari through Ranthambore National Park where you'll look for tigers and other wildlife. You return for breakfast and rest back at the hotel. After checking out, you drive toward Jaipur (about 240km, 5 hours) and stop at Chand Baori stepwell in Abhaneri, one of India's deepest. You arrive in Jaipur and check into your hotel for the evening.

  6. Day 6

    Jaipur

    Following breakfast, you take a jeep up to Amber Fort, then stop at Panna-Meena ka kund stepwell on the way down. Back in the city you visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace), plus workshops where jewel and carpet artisans work. Next comes Jantar Mantar observatory and City Palace. You'll photograph the pink Hawa Mahal before exploring the markets as evening sets in.

    Jaipur to Jodhpur

    After breakfast, you transfer to Jodhpur (about 260km, 5-6 hours) and arrive in the 'Blue City' where buildings are painted in distinctive blue shades. You check in at your hotel and rest from the drive.

  8. Day 8

    Jodhpur

    Following breakfast you explore Jodhpur starting with Mehrangarh Fort sitting high above the city. Then you see Jaswant Thada memorial in white marble and tour the Umaid Bhawan Museum with its glass, porcelain and other collections. A walking tour (or optional tuk-tuk ride) takes you through the old town and bazaars around the clock tower to experience local life.

    Jodhpur to Udaipur

    After breakfast you drive to Udaipur (about 250km, 5 hours). On the way you stop at Ranakpur Temple complex, a major Jain site with the white marble Chaumukha Mandir dedicated to Adinath. Arriving in Udaipur, the 'Venice of the East', you check into your hotel. Later you take a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, viewing palaces and the surrounding landscape from the water.

    Udaipur

    After breakfast you visit Sahelion-ki-Bari, a landscaped garden built for royal women. City Palace stands on Lake Pichola's edge with marble architecture and balconies you can see. A short walk brings you to Jagdish Temple where local life is happening. You'll tour the Crystal Gallery inside Fateh Prakash Palace to see the world's largest private crystal collection, then check out the Vintage and Classic Car Museum with royal antique vehicles.
