Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Ubud

    You'll arrive in Bali and get transferred to your hotel in Ubud for check-in. After settling in, take the rest of the day to adjust to the local time and explore the surrounding area however you'd like. It's a good chance to get your bearings and walk around the town at your own pace.

  2. Day 2

    Ubud

    Start the day checking out the Tegalalang Rice Terraces and see the layers of green rice paddies that make this area so special. From there, head to the Mother Temple of Besakih, which has over 80 temples inside dedicated to different deities. Later, you'll participate in a purification ritual at Pecampuhan Sala Water Temple to experience the spiritual side of Balinese culture.

  3. Day 3

    Ubud

    Begin with a cooking class where you'll learn to prepare authentic Indonesian dishes using local spices and techniques. After lunch, go to the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary to see more than 700 long-tailed macaques in their natural habitat and walk through the ancient Hindu temples there. End your day browsing the Ubud Art Market for traditional crafts and souvenirs.

  4. Day 4

    Mount Batur Sunrise Hike

    You'll need to wake up very early since the hike starts around 2 AM at Mount Batur, an active volcano. A guide will lead you by torchlight for about 2 hours covering roughly 5 km. By the time you reach the summit, you'll see the sunrise lighting up the surrounding mountains, lakes, and the volcano's smoking crater.

  5. Day 5

    Ubud to Menjangan

    Get picked up in a private air-conditioned vehicle from Ubud heading toward Menjangan. Along the way, you'll stop to trek through forests and see Munduk Waterfall, located in northern Bali's Munduk village where the climate is cooler and more pleasant than other parts of the island.

  6. Day 6

    Menjangan

    You have the entire day free to explore Menjangan on your own. Check out whatever catches your interest in this area, whether that's local spots, nature trails, or just relaxing and taking in the scenery around you.

    Menjangan

    Another full day of free time in Menjangan. Use it however you'd like to explore different parts of the area or simply enjoy some leisure time at your own pace.

  8. Day 8

    Menjangan to Labuan Bajo

    Have breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Your driver will pick you up and take you to Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport for your flight to Komodo Airport in Labuan Bajo. Once you land, transfer to your hotel in Labuan Bajo for check-in and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

  9. Day 9

    Island Hopping

    You'll head out early at 6 AM for island hopping on a shared boat. First stop is Padar Island where you'll trek up hills for panoramic views of the surrounding islands and sea. Then head to Pink Beach, which gets its name from the pink sand created by white sand mixed with red coral. Finally, visit Komodo Island to see Komodo dragons and other wildlife like deer and wild boar.

  10. Day 10

    Labuan Bajo Caves and Viewpoints

    Explore the natural sites around Labuan Bajo starting with Rangko Cave, which has crystal-clear turquoise waters lit by natural light coming through the ceiling. Then check out Mirror Cave with its impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations that have formed over thousands of years. End at Amelia Sea View, a hilltop location with panoramic views of the Flores Sea and surrounding islands.

  11. Day 11

    Labuan Bajo to Jimbaran

    After breakfast and checkout at the hotel, you'll get driven to Komodo Airport for your flight back to Denpasar's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. Once you arrive, transfer to your hotel in Jimbaran. On the drive there, stop at Tanah Lot, a rock formation and temple that sits in the ocean.

  12. Day 12

    Jimbaran

    Experience coastal Bali by visiting Suluban Beach, a hidden gem accessed through a narrow cave with dramatic cliffs and turquoise waters that surfers love. Next, head to Uluwatu Temple perched on cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean where you can enjoy sunset views. In the evening, watch a traditional Kecak Dance performance with male dancers telling the story of the Ramayana through rhythmic chanting and synchronized movement.

    Get picked up early in the morning and driven to the ferry harbor in Sanur. Board a shared ferry to Nusa Penida island where you'll take a private land tour exploring both the west and east sides of the island and discovering its diverse attractions and landscapes.

    Departure

For tours departing after February 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with mytripology. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
