Alonzo· October 21st, 2024I have been with Tour Radar over 5 years with exceptional service until recently on a 7 day trip to Cabo San Lucas. The company handling our trip was BAMBA Travel. I was put up in a hotel 18 miles away from Cabo San Lucas for two nights. The hotel was supposed to be a 3 star, however, at best is was a 1 star. No hot water for 2 days, no ice, no pool as sated, no breakfast as stated. We spent approx. $200 in transportation cost to get back and forth from our vacation destination. Surprisingly, we NEVER saw a tour guide from the first day and until we departed Mexico. Our last excursion was change at the last minute to an alternate tour agency and consolidated us with a group that only spoke Spanish and neglected our personal safety as we had no instruction about boat safety or sea lions proximity, and rock formation safety. We simply got hand gestures and yelled at because they did not speak English. Vacation are supposed to be fun and memorable and we understand glitches can occur, however, a travel agency should be their to resolve, fix, or suggest other opportunities to tourist. We were never afforded anything until after the fact of our issues. My wife is infuriated with the service given by Bamba travel that we may find a better travel agency other than Tour radar.
