Tall Ship Sailing
This is a full day on a traditional tall ship where you'll experience how maritime life actually works. You start with a tour of the ship including the bridge and engine room to get a feel for the whole operation. Then you'll get to try things like learning sailor's knots from the Boatswain, and if you're up for it, attempt mast climbing. The Captain and Officers run master classes on celestial navigation and sail setting, and you'll even get a turn at the helm to steer the ship yourself.

Kastelorizo
You arrive at 08:00 in Kastelorizio, Greece's remotest and easternmost island sitting just off the coast of Asia Minor. The island has neoclassical mansions, red fortresses, and caves with dramatic rock formations set against clear blue water. Divers can head to the country's largest underwater cave, or you can take a boat to the Isle of Ro. Spend time walking along the colorful seaside promenade, eat fresh fish at waterfront taverns, and climb up to the Red Castle for views across the water. You'll depart at 18:00.

Symi
Arriving at 08:00 in Symi, you'll see why the harbor stands out with its neoclassical buildings painted in pastel colors. Astypalaia
Astypalaia hasn't gotten as much attention as other Greek islands, which is part of its appeal. You arrive at 08:00 to find a Venetian castle on a hilltop, traditional windmills, and whitewashed houses creating the kind of setting that feels genuine. Most of the beaches here are fairly secluded and not crowded, perfect if you want space. Tourist boats head out from Pera Yalos or Maltezana to reach Kaminakia beach (where they serve boiled goat stew, a local specialty) and Vatses beach with its cave featuring stalactites and stalagmites. Santorini
At 08:00 you arrive in Santorini, known for sitting on top of the world's largest sea volcano. The caldera is basically a funnel filled with seawater that formed from an ancient eruption, and it dominates the landscape. To reach Fira, Santorini's main town, you can climb the dramatic 300-meter rock edge using 687 steps, take the mountain road, or ride the funicular up. The town itself has the white-washed houses with blue roofs you've probably seen in photos, and the views over the sea and sky from up there are what draw filmmakers and artists. The sunsets here are different each evening, with colors that seem almost unreal mixing with the waves and volcanic air. You can also check out the multicolored beaches covered in volcanic sand.
