You'll stop at the Corinth Canal first, then head to Epidaurus to walk through the ancient theater and check out the museum. After that, you're heading into Nafplio's old town where you can climb the 999 steps up to the Venetian fortress Palamidi if you're up for it. Later in the day, you'll see Mycenae's ruins before arriving at Ancient Olympia. Sleep either in Nafplio town or, if you booked ahead, at an authentic mountain village in the area.

Since no vehicles are allowed, you'll get around by boat, on foot, or you can ride one of the island's donkeys and mules if that appeals to you. The island has this exclusive, peaceful vibe that's attracted artists for years, and wandering around on foot is part of what makes it special.
