- Day 1
Hanoi
Your driver meets you at Hanoi airport with a nameplate and takes you to your hotel near the Old Quarter. From there, you can wander around at your own pace or rest up after your flight, depending on how you're feeling.

- Day 2
Hanoi
Head to a cooking class with Master Chef Ms. Ai, who has 15 years of experience and placed in the top 5 at Master Chef Vietnam 2014. You'll start at either 08:30 or 15:30, walk through a neighborhood wet market to see traditional Vietnamese ingredients, then cook and eat a home-cooked meal at Chef Ai's family home.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
Check out of your hotel and travel across the Red River Delta toward Halong Bay, passing emerald rice paddies along the scenic route. Once on your cruise, you'll have seafood lunch on deck and then kayak or swim to explore limestone grottoes and karst formations. Dinner happens early, followed by optional evening activities or downtime on board.

- Day 4
Halong Bay to Hue
Wake early to watch sunrise from the bay with breakfast in the dining room. Visit a limestone cave with stalagmites and stalactites, then check out and have brunch while sailing back. Later, transfer to Hanoi for a short rest before heading to the airport for your flight to Hue and checking in at your hotel.

- Day 5
Hue
Start at Hue's Imperial Citadel, the UNESCO site where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945. Take a cyclo to Tinh Tam Lake with its lotus flowers and then visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Vietnam's oldest temples. Grab lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Mausoleum of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh's Tomb, then end the evening at Ngoc Son Princess House for traditional Hue food and stories about the city.

Hue to Hoi An
Have breakfast at the hotel, then transfer by private car to Hoi An through Hai Van Pass, one of the most beautiful roads in the region with mountain and sea views. Check in at your hotel and spend free time exploring the surrounding area.

Hoi An
Rent a bicycle from the hotel and cycle around town toward the riverside or beach. Relax at beachside cafes with fresh fruit drinks and swimming in the warm water. Stop by tailor shops to order custom clothes or bags for overnight delivery. In the evening, walk through the Old Town and catch colorful street performances when the shops light their lanterns.

- Day 9
Ho Chi Minh City
Join your guide for a half-day street food tour on motorbike through Ho Chi Minh's busy streets, passing guitar makers' shops and local eateries. Walk from Nguyen Thien Thuat Street to Ban Co Market for Vietnamese dessert, explore Districts 10 and 5, wander China Town's traditional medicine area, visit the Chinese Thien Hau Temple, then finish with lunch of local dishes like com tam or bun bo.

After resting, cycle to Tan Phong Island to see local handicraft workshops making banana leaf hammocks and water hyacinth crafts. Try freshly picked fruits, take a small rowing boat through the canal, have dinner at the restaurant, and relax.
