It’s door to door service, love it, pick up to and from the airports to hotels or hotel to hotel. Operator was quick to response with any questions and very up to date if anything comes up like delays and lets the customer know asap. If weather or activity limitations come up, don’t worry, they won’t just cancel, they’ll find an alternative activity for you so the day isn’t wasted. His messages telling you all the way next step and confirming pick-ups were spot on. Everything went so smooth. Vietnam felt safe and peaceful, people are very friendly, generous, respectable, and honest. A few times, I included tip in my bill, and they were passing it back to me thinking I counted it wrong, amazing and humble people. When it comes to traffic, it may look crazy to us from West, but I have never seen an accident or any stressed driver. The roads are packed and look crazy at first, but they know what they are doing, and they will teach you how to cross the street. The food is amazingly tasty, and every restaurant will teach you how to eat/ wrap their vietnamese pancake...etc The most i appreciate their resilience and the way of being. After the city tour and learning more about history of Vietnam I unsderstood where the resilience comes from.
