According to your information, the child's price (19Mar2014) is like the adult's. The child's price (03Jan2017) is 85% of the adult's. Regarding the accommodation based on 4-star hotel for family trip, I would advise some hotels as below: Hanoi: Somerest Grand Hanoi (Two Bedrooms Deluxe) or similar. November is the very high season.
