Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara
You'll start with a hotel pickup in Nairobi, then drive out to the Great Rift Valley viewpoint where you can see the dramatic escarpment stretching across the landscape. From there, you'll descend into the valley and stop in Narok town for lunch and some shopping before heading to Miti Mingi Eco Camp. After settling in, you'll have 2-3 hours of introductory game viewing at sunset, then return to the camp for dinner and your first night.

Landmarks/POIs Great Rift Valley Masai Mara National Reserve - Day 2
Masai Mara
This is a full day exploring Masai Mara game reserve where you're hunting for the big five. With over 450 species of animals recorded here, there's a solid chance you'll spot rhinos, leopards, elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, lions, giraffes, and various antelopes throughout the day. You'll have a picnic lunch in the park, and after the afternoon game drives, you'll head back to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast, you'll check out and drive back toward Nairobi, arriving at Hotel Henessis Nairobi (or an equivalent property) between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, which gets you there before sunset. You'll have the evening to settle in and have dinner at your hotel.

Nairobi to Mombasa
You'll check out of your Nairobi hotel and transfer to the train station to catch your train heading to Mombasa. Once you arrive in Mombasa, a representative will meet you and transfer you to your booked hotel for the evening.

Mombasa
You have the entire day at leisure to relax at your hotel and beach. Swimming, unwinding, and strolling along the coastline are all options, or you can arrange a Mombasa city tour for an extra cost if you'd rather explore the city instead.

- Day 6
Mombasa
Another full day at leisure gives you time to enjoy the beach and hotel facilities. You can swim, relax, and explore the coastline at your own pace, or if you prefer, you can arrange a Mombasa city tour to see what the city has to offer.

Mombasa to Nairobi
You'll check out and transfer to the SGR station for your 8:00 am train departure. The train passes through Tsavo National Park during the journey, and you might spot animals along the railway line if you keep an eye out. You'll arrive in Nairobi at 2:00 pm, then arrange a transfer to your residence or the airport.
