This 16-day self-drive adventure through Northeast India is an amazing experience that takes me through Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Nagaland. I'll drive myself in a convoy of four-wheel drive vehicles, which is a great way to see the countryside and have some fun off-roading.

What to say tough, adventurous, beautiful and one word to summarise is mesmerising. One must experience to capture the memories in the heart and soul which cannot be felt through media, pics, videos etc. This is one tick which is very important at whatever age we are at. The icing on the cake is the Adventure Overland, probably one of the best in the world combining safety, luxury and experiences. Always passionate and extremely supportive team and leadership.

AO company and their team are perfect organisers and magnificent hosts. I can not imagine doing this North east India expedition on my own. Special mention for Fareed, Prateek and Harish for taking care of ground ops.

I, Swati Saraogi am an avid Road Tripper and have found the right match in Adventures Overland. The trip to North East was one of my most memorable ones, the terrain is stunning and lush green with hair-pin bends, live root bridges, crystal clear lakes and much more. We ate local delicacies and met actual people from the Alpani tribe. Need I say more?
