Guilin
You'll arrive in Guilin and get picked up at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. Once you're there, take your time settling in and resting after your journey.

Guilin
Start early and head to Reed Flute Cave to see the underground formations. From there, walk over to Elephant Trunk Hill and then climb Duxiu Mount for views across the city. In the afternoon, visit Jingjiang Wangcheng Palace, which dates back to 1372, before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

Guilin to Longji
Drive about 2 hours to Longji Rice Terraces by car or van. Once you arrive, hike around the area and pass through Dazhai and PingAn villages to take in the rice paddies. The landscape changes depending on the season, so what you see will vary.

- Day 4
Longji to Yangshuo
This morning, spend time around the rice terraces near PingAn and Dazhai villages, and you can walk up to the hilltop if you want a wider view. After lunch, drive about 3 hours to Yangshuo, a town between the Li River and karst mountains. Later in the evening, walk around West Street and get a feel for the local area.

Yangshuo
You've got the day to explore Yangshuo however you'd like. Rent a bike and ride out to Yulong River or take a hiking route if that appeals more. Later, take a boat on the Li River around the old Xinping area to see the karst mountains and rice paddies from the water.

Yangshuo to Departure
Time to leave. You'll get a transfer to either Guilin Airport or the train station so you can catch your flight or train to wherever you're heading next.
