Svetlana· May 27th, 2025This was a mess from the very beginning. I bought the tour via tourhub from Bamba travel promising a small group up to 10 pers. Up to two weeks before the tour there were no updates and finally I got an email saying that it will be Amadeo with up to 50 people in the bus. It was a disaster, but there were only two weeks left before the trip and could find no other options. Than it was a mess at the meeting point - no clear organization to distribute people into the buses. The guide was not sure about me participating, told me "I'll check and "it's strange that you don't have a Canadian visa" (I asked the tour operator before and they told I can stay in the US). He communicated in such a way that I thought I would be dropped off. The treatment was as if we were sheep. The bus was old, it broke during the trip and the driver fixed it. The speaker was also breaking constantly. The guide was Chinese and his English was very poor. Also he was not knowledgable at all, mostly keeping silent (70% of the time) and mostly speaking with the Chinese part of the group (20%). It looked like I am not in the US, but in China. The 4-day tour consisted of 2 days with this guide on one bus and 2 days with Sharon on the other bus. They return me to New York for the change, which I was not warned about (the iternary did not mention it) and it was a loss of time. We do not offer custom itineraries for less than 20 people. Because without a group to spread the cost it is extremely expensive. We do not offer itineraries other than our current itineraries. We would recommend the clients attend some of our tours while they are in town. The client can join the tour in Philadelphia, however we do not go back to Philadelphia so she would have to end the tour at a stop that the bus takes the tour to.
