Itinerary
- Day 1
Berat
After the hotel picks you up from Tirana or Durrës, you'll head to Karavasta Lagoon for a boat tour through one of the region's key birdwatching locations. The lagoon's worth seeing if you're interested in local wildlife and getting out on the water. From there, you travel to Berat, the historic castle town, where the day really opens up. You'll walk through narrow streets that wind around the old town, climb up to the castle for views across the area, then settle in for a traditional lunch. Afterward, there's time to wander the Mangalem neighborhood and walk along the Osumi River before heading back to your hotel by evening. It's a full day that combines nature, history, and local culture in one trip.
