  1. Day 1

    Keflavik to Reykjavik

    You'll land at Keflavik and hop on the Flybus shuttle to get to your Reykjavik accommodation. If your flight timing works out, there's a chance to wander around Iceland's capital and get a feel for the city before settling in for the night.

  2. Day 2

    Reykjavik

    Meet your guide early in the morning for a full day exploring Reykjavik. You'll see Hallgrímskirkja church, walk through the University campus, and check out the harbour with its colourful fishing boats and the Harpa concert hall. After lunch, you'll go through some of the city's food scene, then head to Bessastaðir, the president's official residence. The day wraps up at Og Natura winery and spirits distillery.

  3. Day 3

    Reykjavik to Geysir

    Start at Kerid volcanic crater with its aquamarine lake, then move on to Friðheimar where you can see the greenhouse complex, tomato farm, restaurant, winery, and Icelandic horse stables. From there, head to Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir to see the natural eruptions. Before arriving at your accommodation for the next three nights, you'll do a geothermal rye bread tasting experience.

  4. Day 4

    Geysir

    Walk through Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and experience the dramatic rift valley created by tectonic plate separation. You'll see Öxarárfoss waterfall and Þingvallavatn lake. Later, relax at Hvammsvík Natural Hot Springs with fjord and Atlantic Ocean views. The day finishes at Efstidalur family farm where you'll learn about Icelandic dairy farming and taste skyr, feta cheese, and ice cream.

    Geysir to South Shore

    Head to Iceland's South Shore and visit Skógar Folk Museum with over 15,000 artifacts. You'll then experience the world's only live lava show with real molten lava at approximately 1100°C/2012°F. Walk on the black sand Reynisfjara beach and see its hexagonal basalt columns and sea stacks. Stop by Skógafoss waterfall and Seljalandsfoss waterfall, which you can actually walk behind.

    Geysir to Reykjavik

    Begin in Selfoss with a food and history tour that covers Icelandic culinary traditions. Travel to Reykjanes Peninsula and check out Gunnuhver geothermal area with its boiling mud pools and fumaroles. See Reykjanesviti, Iceland's oldest lighthouse, and cross the Bridge Between Continents on the tectonic plate boundary. Finish at the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa before returning to Reykjavik for your final night.

    Our guide (Andre) was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the region, sharing fascinating stories about Iceland’s history, culture, and natural wonders.     Are the entrance fees for the attractions/activities included as part of the tour package price?

      Everything that is listed under inclusions and listed in the itinerary is included in the tour price. All extras, you will need to pay. That is lunches and dinners, though there is one lunch included on the tour. Any shopping or souvenirs are not included either.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
