- Day 1
Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park
You'll fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park and meet your guide right after landing. Once you're settled, head out on your first game drive across the savannah to look for wildebeest, zebras, lions, and depending on the time of year, you might catch the Great Wildebeest Migration. Stop for a gourmet picnic lunch in the middle of the wilderness, then continue exploring during the afternoon. By evening, you'll be back at camp enjoying dinner under the stars.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll join a morning game drive in Serengeti before heading toward Ngorongoro Crater, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Once you arrive, you'll descend into the crater for an afternoon game drive where your chances of seeing the Big Five are really solid. Lunch comes with views of the crater itself, and you'll spend more time exploring afterward. That evening, you'll settle in at either a lodge or camp positioned right on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar
Early on, you'll do one more game drive in Ngorongoro Crater to catch any final wildlife and take in the scenery. Then it's time to head to the airstrip and fly back to Zanzibar, where you'll land by early afternoon. From there, you can relax on the beaches or spend time exploring the island's culture and history.
