You'll land at IGI Airport in New Delhi where a Go Book Tours representative meets you for the transfer to your hotel. The afternoon and evening are open, so it's a good chance to get oriented by walking around the city's streets and tree-lined boulevards at whatever pace works for you.

New Delhi
This is a full day of sightseeing across Delhi. Start at Rajghat, Mahatma Gandhi's memorial, then head to Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. You'll take a rickshaw ride through the busy Chandni Chowk market, drive past President House and India Gate, check out Humayun's Tomb, and finish up at Qutab Minar. By evening you'll have seen quite a bit of the city.

After breakfast you're heading to Agra. Once you check in at the hotel, take some time to relax. Later in the day you'll visit Itmad-ud-Daulah and Agra Fort. The evening is free, so you can wander the local markets looking for handicrafts and souvenirs if you're interested.

Agra to Jaipur
You'll head out early for a guided tour of Taj Mahal and Mehtab Bagh before sunrise. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, you'll depart for Jaipur and stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, along the way. It's a full but interesting travel day.

- Day 5
Jaipur
Jaipur's main attractions fill this day. You'll start at Amber Fort and Palace, a UNESCO site with great architecture set on a mountain above Maota Lake. From there it's on to Jal Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Museum, and Birla Mandir. That's a lot to cover, so you'll be moving between sites throughout the day.

After breakfast you head to Jaipur airport for a flight to Varanasi. Once you arrive, you'll transfer to your hotel and get settled. Later, spend time walking through the various ghats, checking out sacred temples and the local markets. In the evening you'll be at the banks of the River Ganges for Aarti, the spiritual ceremony.

- Day 7
Varanasi
Start early with a boat ride on the River Ganges, then visit an Akhara to see traditional martial arts training. The morning continues with a walk through the ghats and a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath shrine, also called the Golden Temple. You'll also stop by Bharat Mata Mandir. After that, head to Sarnath to see the Dhamekha Stupa, Archaeological Museum, and Chaukhandi Stupa. The day ends with evening Aarti on the river.

Varanasi to Kathmandu
Morning transfer to Varanasi airport for a flight to Kathmandu via New Delhi. When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll head to Nagarkot, a quiet hill station with nice views of the Himalayas. You'll check in and settle at your hotel there.

- Day 9
Nagarkot to Kathmandu
Catch the sunrise over the Himalayas from Nagarkot, then have breakfast. From there you drive to Bhaktapur to see its medieval art and architecture, including Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Next you'll visit Boudhanath, one of Nepal's largest stupas, and then head to Swayambhunath for the valley views and Buddhist and Hindu shrines. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Kathmandu and check into your hotel.

Then you'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square with its temples, courtyards, and royal palaces like Hanuman Dhoka Palace and Taleju Temple. Wrap up at Patan Durbar Square, known for its Newari architecture and detailed carvings.
