Arusha
You'll arrive in Arusha and get settled into your accommodation. Your safari guide will meet with you to go over what to expect and help you prepare for the journey ahead. Landmarks Arusha - Day 2
Arusha to Ndutu Area
After an early breakfast, you'll head out from Arusha toward the Ndutu Area in the southern Serengeti. The drive takes several hours, but once you arrive at your lodge or camp and settle in, you'll have time to rest before heading out on an afternoon game drive. This first drive helps you get oriented and start spotting animals as the day winds down.

- Day 3
Ndutu Area
This day focuses on exploring the southern Serengeti during calving season. You'll spend most of your time in areas where wildebeest herds are giving birth to their young. Seeing the newborns and watching the mothers protect them from predators is one of the more intense natural spectacles you can witness on safari.

- Day 4
Ndutu Area to Ngorongoro Crater
You'll drive from Ndutu to the Ngorongoro Crater, a massive volcanic basin that holds an entire ecosystem. After arriving, you'll descend into the crater for a full-day game drive where wildlife concentrates due to the enclosed environment. You're likely to see lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos all in one location. You'll spend the night at accommodation near the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
The morning is yours to either relax in the Ngorongoro Crater area or, if you're interested, visit a local Maasai village to learn about the culture and traditions. After lunch, you'll make the drive back to Arusha, bringing your safari adventure to a close. It's a good chance to reflect on what you've seen and start planning your next trip.
