Arrival
You'll make your own way to the hotel where your Holiday Director will be waiting to meet you this evening for a welcome meeting and orientation.

Mijas
After breakfast, you'll join an included excursion through Malaga's main sights, starting with the cathedral and moving on to the Alcazaba palace-fortress from the Moorish period. From there, you'll head to Mijas to walk through cobbled streets lined with whitewashed houses and colorful flowers, and you'll get coastal views along the way.

Mijas
This day is yours to spend as you like. If you'd rather not relax at the hotel, there's an optional full-day trip to Granada where you can visit the Alhambra Palace, a Moorish complex built in the 13th and 14th centuries with pink stone courtyards, pools, fountains, and large decorated halls.

Mijas (Christmas Day)
It's Christmas Day, so you can either stay relaxed at the hotel or take a walk through Mijas with other travelers. Everyone gathers back at the hotel later for a festive Christmas Day dinner accompanied by wine.

Nerja
You'll head out on an included excursion to Frigiliana, a hilltop village nestled in the Almijara Mountains foothills. After wandering through its cobbled streets and Moorish historic center, you'll continue on to Nerja with its sandy beaches, hidden coves, and charming old quarter of whitewashed buildings.

Ronda
You'll drive to Ronda, a clifftop town dramatically split in two by El Tajo, a deep gorge over 600 feet down. The 18th century Puente Nuevo Bridge offers magnificent views, and you can explore the contrast between the old Moorish section called La Ciudad and the modern El Mercadillo area.

Mijas
You have the option to spend the day exploring on your own or join an optional full-day trip to Gibraltar. If you go, you can ride a cable car up 'The Rock' to see the famous Barbary apes. Since this is your final day, everyone meets back for a farewell dinner this evening.
