Our tour guide was good, but she did seem to google a lot of our questions but she got to where we needed to go on time. The day we flew back to Helsinki from Ivalo was kind of a wasted day. It would have been nice to have flown back the night before and had a day in Helsinki to do more exploring or go to a museum or fly back later in the day and have an excursion planned for the morning in Ivalo. Below is a list of thermal cloths supplied for Husky safari, reindeer safari and snowmobile safari, Thermal outfit Thermal boots woolen socks Mittens Balaclava helmet (for snowmobile safari only). These are supplied as per activity. You will still need warms shoes, boots, gloves, warm jacket and headgear to keep you warm against the arctic cold. Temperature can be as low as -35 C but generally around -10 and -20 C

Are your dates flexible for December 2025 or do you have already have your arrival dates? If you would like I can put together a customised program starting in Oslo, doing Norway in nutshell including Flam railway and take a fjord cruise from Bergen to Kirkenes for 6/7 nights and then from Kirkenes to Helsinki. Depending on availability we can also start this trip from Helsinki and end in Oslo.
