- Day 1
Mumbai
You'll arrive at Mumbai Airport and get picked up for transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is open for you to settle in and rest after your travels.

Mumbai
After breakfast, you'll spend a full day exploring Mumbai. Start at the Gateway of India, then check out the Prince of Wales Museum to see artifacts from the Indus Valley civilization. Next, visit Mani Bhavan, which honors Mahatma Gandhi. Later you'll see Dhobi Ghat, the open-air laundry where clothes are washed by hand in the traditional way. By evening, head out to shop in the local lanes before heading back to your hotel.

Mumbai to Bandhavgarh National Park
After breakfast, you'll head to Mumbai Airport for a flight to Jabalpur. From there, a representative meets you and drives you to Bandhavgarh National Park, where tigers live among the former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Rewa. Once you check in at the resort, the rest of the day is yours to relax around the grounds or talk with the park naturalist about what you might see.

You've got early morning and afternoon jeep safaris today for bird watching and looking for tigers. The park has about 150 bird species to spot. You'll also visit Bandhavgarh Fort sitting 811 meters up, with 39 caves that are thought to be roughly 2,000 years old.

Bandhavgarh to Kanha National Park
After breakfast, you'll travel to Kanha National Park, which inspired Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book. The park covers 940 square kilometers and is home to Indian wild dogs, Royal Bengal Tigers, sloth bears, leopards, and barasingha. Check in at your resort and spend the afternoon exploring the natural landscape with a naturalist guide.

Kanha National Park
Two safaris today - one early morning and another in the afternoon. You'll explore the park looking for Royal Bengal Tigers, different deer species, leopards, and birds. The park has over 1,000 flowering plant species too. Later, head to Bamni Dadar, which is the sunset point and one of the park's main attractions.

Kanha to Pench National Park

Pench National Park
You'll have two wildlife safaris today - one in the morning and one in the evening. Watch for barking deer, sloth bears, porcupines, foxes, jungle cats, tigers, panthers, wild dogs, and different bird species like egrets, herons, and bulbuls.
