Xi'an
You'll arrive in Xi'an by flight or high-speed rail and your guide will greet you at the airport. After heading to your hotel and getting settled, take a walk through the Muslim Quarter to see the Bell and Drum Towers. The Great Mosque is also nearby, a historic site that's been standing for 1,300 years. Spend the rest of the evening relaxing at your hotel and adjusting to the local time.

Xi'an
Start your morning heading out to see the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, which is considered one of China's most important archaeological finds. You'll walk through thousands of life-sized warriors that were created to guard the First Emperor's tomb over 2,200 years ago. In the afternoon, move on to the Wild Goose Pagoda, a seven-story structure built back in 652 A.D. during the Tang Dynasty to store Buddhist scriptures. If you're interested, the evening offers a chance to walk through Tang Dynasty Pedestrian Street for a taste of authentic Tang culture and historic architecture.

Xi'an
Spend your morning on Xi'an's City Wall, which is the best-preserved defense system left in China. You can walk or bike along the ancient structure and see views of both the old city and modern Xi'an from up top. After finishing, your guide and driver will take you to Xi'an airport or the train station for your departure.
