Budapest
You'll arrive in Budapest and board your suite ship by 5 pm after flights land by 2 pm. Meet the crew and get settled into your cabin. Dinner is served on board as you cruise overnight toward Vukovar, so you'll have time to explore the ship and relax after traveling.

Ilok
The ship docks in Vukovar where you can choose between a walking tour with beer tasting or a cultural history tour of the city. After lunch back on the ship, you'll sail to Ilok and can either visit the medieval fortress and wine cellars or take a bike tour along the city walls toward Principovac Castle. You'll overnight in Novi Sad as the ship continues cruising.

Novi Sad
In Novi Sad, three options are available: a guided tour through the Austro-Hungarian old town with baroque architecture, a hike up to Petrovaradin for Danube views, or a visit to the Honey Museum with local tasting. Later this evening there's live entertainment on board before you sail overnight to Belgrade.

Belgrade
You'll explore Belgrade where two rivers meet. Morning options include walking the central walkway, taking a sightseeing tour to see Saint Sava church and other landmarks, or attending an onboard lecture about Balkan history. In the afternoon, you can wander Knez Mihailova Street independently to check out cafes and shops. An optional dinner excursion in the Skadarlija Quarter is available for the evening if you're interested.

Iron Gates Gorge - Vidin
You'll stop at the medieval Fortress of Golubac and learn its history as a border control point between Serbia, Austria-Hungary, and Ottoman forces. After that, the ship takes you to the archaeological site of Lepenski Vir with dramatic Danube Gorge views. You'll sail through the Iron Gates Gorge between Serbia and Romania. The afternoon and overnight are spent cruising to Vidin, Bulgaria.

Belogradchik - Rousse
In Vidin, you can bike around the city with an Adventure Host, take a sightseeing tour to Baba Vida Fortress and the rock formations of Belogradchik (shaped over 200 million years), or tour a local winery to learn about two centuries of Bulgarian winemaking with tasting included. The ship then cruises to Rousse in the afternoon and evening.

Veliko Tarnovo - Arbanassi - Oltenita
Rousse offers several choices: a bike ride through the old town or a full-day guided tour to Veliko Tarnovo, the former Bulgarian capital with ancient stone houses on cliff sides above the Yantra River, plus the 15th-century architecture of Arbanassi. Alternatively, you can tour Rousse itself and visit the Holy Trinity Church. Bulgarian folklore entertainment happens on board this evening before you overnight cruise to Oltenita.
