Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll meet your guide at Kathmandu airport and get transferred to your hotel. Use this time to settle in, grab lunch, and start preparing mentally for the trek ahead. It's a good idea to rest up after your flight and handle any last-minute preparations.

Kathmandu
Spend the day seeing temples and squares around Kathmandu. You'll walk through Pashupatinath and Boudhanath, then check out Swyambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the afternoon, handle the administrative side by arranging your restricted area permit.

Kathmandu to Jagat
Leave Kathmandu early by bus or vehicle headed toward Jagat. The drive takes about 8 to 9 hours with scenic mountain views as you transition from the valley to higher elevations. Plan for breaks and try to get comfortable for the long ride.
- Day 4
Jagat to Dharapani
Your trekking starts now. You'll walk along the Marsangdi River for approximately 7 to 8 hours, heading toward Dharapani. The trail passes waterfalls and offers views of snow-capped mountains, so take time to enjoy the scenery.

Dharapani to Koto
Trek from Dharapani to Koto with some steep climbing involved. The landscape shifts as you gain elevation, and mountain views surround you throughout. This 5 to 6-hour trek ends at a lodge where you'll settle in for the night.

Koto to Meta
Walk through the Nar Khola and Greenland forest as you enter the restricted Narphu Valley. This is the toughest day yet, with a challenging and rough trail that takes 7 to 8 hours to reach Meta. You'll stay at a lodge there.

Meta to Phu
Trek to Phu, an ancient village situated near the Tibet border. The area represents deep Buddhist heritage and sits in a striking Himalayan setting. You'll have incredible views of the Annapurna range from this remote location.

Phu
Spend the day checking out Tashi Gompa and the communities surrounding the Phu area. This is your chance to walk around, talk with locals, and get a feel for how people live in this high-altitude valley.

Phu to Nar
Leave Phu and trek toward Nar Village, passing by Mahendra pul's Satya Gompa on the way. The trail climbs as you progress through this 6 to 7-hour trek. By evening you'll reach the lodge in Nar Village.

Nar
Check out the monasteries near Nar village and stay another night in the area. This extra time helps your body adjust to the altitude and gives you a chance to explore the village more thoroughly.

Nar to Ngwal
Rise early because today brings the challenging Kang La Pass. You'll trek upward to reach the pass and take in views of the Annapurna massif. After crossing, you'll descend toward Ngwal where you'll sleep.

Ngwal to Manang
Trek from Ngwal to Manang, which is a relatively short and straightforward walk. You'll have Annapurna views for much of the journey, then arrive in Manang with time to explore the village.

Landmarks/POIs Manang - Day 13
Manang to Yak Kharkha
Head to Yak Kharkha on an easy hike. The trail follows the Jarsang Khola Valley as you move through lush terrain characteristic of the Annapurna region. It's a shorter day to help with acclimatization.

Yak Kharkha to Thorong Phedi
Start with a steep 2-hour climb, then the trail levels out and you cross a river before ascending again toward Thorong Phedi. This area has some of the newer guesthouses on the trek. Get solid sleep tonight because you'll head out very early tomorrow.

Thorong Phedi to Muktinath
This is the toughest day. You'll wake before dawn and make the push to Thorong La Pass, the highest point of your entire trek. From the summit, you'll descend toward Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site.

Muktinath to Jomsom
Trek from Muktinath down to Jomsom, following trails with varied terrain and scenic views throughout. The 5 to 6-hour walk brings you to Jomsom where you'll have time to rest and resupply.

Jomsom to Kathmandu
Fly from Jomsom back to Kathmandu on a scenic 30-minute flight at 1400 meters altitude. You'll see the landscape from above and arrive in the city by midday.
- Day 18
Kathmandu
Drive from Kathmandu on a 5 to 6-hour journey at 1300 meters altitude with scenic views from the bus. This transition day brings you to your next destination as you leave the mountain region behind.
- Day 19
Departure
You'll get transferred to the airport with plenty of time to spare for your departure. It's time to head home with memories of the trek and the mountains behind you.
