- Day 1
Kathmandu
Your flight arrives at Kathmandu Airport where you'll be met by our representative for the drive to your hotel. Once you've settled in, take some time to wander through downtown Thamel's streets and shops. Later this evening, join a welcome dinner that includes traditional Nepali cultural theater, so you'll get a real sense of the local performance style right away.

Kathmandu
After the buffet breakfast at your hotel, you'll walk for about 20 minutes through local markets to reach Kathmandu Durbar Square. From there, head up to Swayambhunath Stupa, also called the Monkey Temple, where you can take in spiritual energy and views across the city. The afternoon includes stops at Budha-Nilkantha where you'll see the Sleeping Vishnu sculpture, then Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple before heading back to your hotel by evening.

Bhaktapur - Patan
Get up early in Nagarkot to catch the sunrise and see the mountain views. On clear mornings you might spot peaks including Langtang, Ganesh, Jugal, and Everest in the distance. After breakfast at the hotel, you'll travel to Bhaktapur via Changu Narayan Temple, exploring both the temple and the cultural heritage sites in Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Later, continue to Patan Durbar Square before checking into your Patan hotel for the night.

Following breakfast at your hotel, you'll have time either for souvenir shopping or a visit to the Garden of Dreams in Thamel if your schedule allows. Our team handles your airport transfer based on your flight time. Before leaving, you'll receive a special gift from our company as a keepsake from your Kathmandu Valley tour.
