- Day 1
Arrival in Luang Prabang
Your driver meets you when you land in Luang Prabang and takes you straight to your 3-star hotel. You'll handle your own meals today and get settled in for the night. No guide is included for this transfer, so it's just you getting from the airport to your accommodation.

- Day 2
Luang Prabang
If you're up for it, catch the morning alms giving ritual early, then walk through the UNESCO-listed old town. After breakfast, you'll see Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, and Wat Xieng Thong with their distinctive mosaics and architecture. The National Museum comes next, showing off the city's temples and French colonial buildings. End the day at Wat May, which has an five-tiered roof that's quite something.

- Day 3
Elephant Village and Kuang Si Falls
After breakfast, you'll drive about 30 minutes south to Elephant Village and spend time with the elephants before hiking for 25 minutes with one person riding per elephant. The afternoon takes you through rice paddies and small villages where H'mong and Lao Loum families do traditional cotton spinning, weaving, and farming. You'll end up at Kuang Si Falls with its turquoise pools and get a chance to swim before heading back to Luang Prabang.

Departure from Luang Prabang
Have breakfast at your hotel and use the morning to walk around Luang Prabang if you want to pick up any souvenirs or just wander the streets. Then you'll head to the airport for your international flight home or onward to your next stop.
