    When I first booked this holiday, I had a few concerns about how genuine what I had bought might be. However, during the pre-travel period I had very good contact with Tour Radar (through Chloe) who ansered queries very promptly. Similarly, when the tour started, the local contacts kept us informed at all times and were able to answer all queries very promptly. Drivers kept in touch for liaison and collection form hotels etc. The tour itself was terrific. You have to take into consideration that this was a 10-day tour which took in a whole country and that where you visit is very much on the tourist trail, so don't expect to be looking at sites with just a few other people. Go backpacking if you want that. The tour takes in a great deal and is very well organised. The guides are very good and very knowledgeable and usual from the area you are visiting, so local knowledge can be exceptional. The accommodation was excellent - very nice, well apponted hotels with lovely staff and with super breakfast choices. They were all very clean, but, in some cases you need to hang a "room ready for cleaning" sign on your bedroom door to have it cleaned. In one hotel the sheets were changed every day. Vietnam is a fascinating country and well worth a visit. If I was going on another similar holiday I would certainly be keen to check out Tour Radar again.

    It was a tour where we could learn about Vietnam's history and feel close to the local life. The tour guide, Minh Thuan, gave very clear explanations.

    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before September 6th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 6th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Adventure Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam Adventure Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Vietnam Adventure Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
