Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Brisbane to Byron Bay

    Your food adventure kicks off in Brisbane, where you'll head up the scenic Rainforest Road toward Tamborine Mountain. Along the way, you'll stop for views and try award-winning wines and cheese from local producers. From there, continue on to Byron Bay and check into the Crystalbrook Byron Resort, a luxury property where the day wraps up nicely. You'll get an indigenous culture tour with an Arakwal custodian and dinner at the resort's well-regarded restaurant, so you can settle in and get the full local perspective on the area.

  2. Day 2

    Byron Bay

    Start this morning with a complimentary yoga session in the rainforest setting, or if that's not your thing, you can try surfing or kayaking instead. Later, head to The Farm, a popular spot with a farm-to-table restaurant and small boutique shops. Stop by Stone & Wood brewery to sample their craft beers, and then visit Byron's rainforest distillery for a gin tasting. By evening, the rest of the day is open for you to wander around town's restaurants and bars at your own pace and find places that appeal to you.

    This final day takes you through the Tweed Hinterlands to Tropical Fruit World, a farm focused on sustainable practices where a guide will show you around and let you sample tropical fruits you might not find elsewhere. After that, head to a distillery in the Wollumbin National Park foothills for a tour and gin tasting, followed by a gourmet lunch. Then you'll make the drive back to Brisbane or the Gold Coast, wrapping up your three-day food experience with some great final flavors from the region.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
