    Melbourne to Halls Gap

You'll meet your guides at the National Gallery of Victoria at 7:45am, then drive about three hours to Halls Gap in the Grampians region. The drive includes stops for coffee and morning tea, so you'll have time to stretch and settle in. After lunch, head to Brambuk National Park and Culture Centre to learn about the area's Aboriginal heritage and culture. Later in the afternoon, you'll walk out to Mackenzie Falls, passing through Zumsteins and seeing Fish Falls before entering a deep gorge. By evening you're settled at your accommodation with pre-dinner nibbles and a two-course dinner prepared by your guides.

After lunch, you'll continue on easier terrain to Sundial Peak, then finish at Rosea Campground. Head back to accommodation to freshen up, and then you have pre-dinner nibbles and a two-course dinner prepared by your guides.

The paths are well-formed and shaded, making the ascent manageable. Once you reach the peak, it's a great spot to have lunch and take time to relax before heading down. The trail winds down to Borough Huts, and you'll return to accommodation for some rest. Later, you'll have a two-course dinner prepared by your guides.
