Asked on November 4th, 2024can you outline the exact itinerary as the brochure/notes on the website were not super clear about whether you will get a view from base camp/kalapatthar - can you confirm particularly two points: 1) is a landing at kalapatthar included in the tour price? 2) how long would we get for the stop for breakfast at hotel everest view?
World Travel ExperiencesOperator•Written November 2024Everest Helicopter Tour with Kalapatthar Landing is an heli sightseeing tour, which takes off from Kathmandu. First land at Lukla (for refueling). Then take a flight to Everest region, with several landings at Pheriche (4371 m), Kalapatthar (5644 m) and Syangboche (3780 m) at Hotel Everest View for Breakfast. And return back to Kathmandu via Lukla. This is approx 3 hours of program from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. It doesn't land at base camp since its over moving glacier and there is high risk landing there. 1) Yes, landing at Kalapatthar is included 2) at Hotel Everest View-Syangboche it land for approx 30 min to enjoy breakfast with Everest View (Subject to weather)

This heli tour operates from Kathmandu to Everest Region (Lukla, Pheriche, Kalapatthar & Syangboche which is mountain region; means weather keeps on changing so fast). Before flight we check the visibility of mountains and the flight feasibility, then we take guests on a tour, hence most of our tour has completed with great success. However, sometimes we might be unlucky with weather, which is not guranteed. In the mean time if our flights got cancelled after waiting at Kathmandu airport, you only pay for the airport transfer charge. And we can try for next possible date.
