Itinerary
- Day 1
Hobart
You'll get picked up from your Hobart accommodation at 8am to start your day. In the morning, pick one activity that fits your mood: walk the Tahune Airwalk, soak in the thermal pool, check out Hastings Caves, or hike around Mt Wellington. After that, you'll head to Willie Smiths Apple Shed in the Huon Valley for a relaxed lunch. In the afternoon, there are more options depending on what sounds good - take a wooden boat cruise on the Huon River, do some wine and cider tasting, or visit local artist studios (you'll need to book this ahead of time). Your accommodation drop-off happens by 5pm.

- Day 2
Bruny Island
Pick up from your Hobart place at 7am, then travel to Kettering for a 20-minute ferry across D'Entrecasteaux Channel to Bruny Island. Once there, you'll have morning tea before walking through Isthmus and Neck Reserve to see the island's coastline. Then it's time for morning tea at Adventure Bay where you'll hear some local stories. The mid-morning has short walks through old growth forests, Mt Mangana foothills, and Cloudy Bay beach areas. Lunch comes at the local winery where you can get light platters or gourmet mains paired with wine or cider tastings. Afternoon gives you choices: tour Cape Bruny Lighthouse, explore Inala Gondwana Nature Reserve, or visit Hiba Private Garden. You'll stop at the Bruny Island Honey Pot before heading back to Hobart, arriving by 5:30pm.

- Day 3
Tasman Peninsula
Your pickup happens at 8am from your accommodation. The morning starts with short walks and sightseeing stops. By 10:30am, you'll decide between two options: visit Port Arthur Historical Site (which is at your own cost) or do a 3-hour bushwalk along the coastline. Lunch happens at the Lavender Farm or you'll have a gourmet picnic if you chose the bushwalk option. The afternoon lets you pick from coal mines historical site, distillery tasting, wine tasting, or visiting an animal sanctuary. You'll be back at your Hobart accommodation by 4pm.

- Day 4
Mt Field National Park
You're picked up at 8am and travel about 1 hour 45 minutes to Mt Field National Park. Once there, you'll walk through old growth forests, see waterfalls, and hear some stories about resilience. Around 12:30pm, it's time for lunch at a seasonal spot. In the afternoon, you head to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary to get up close with native species. Then you'll gradually make your way back to Hobart for your 5pm accommodation drop-off.

Your day kicks off at 8:30am heading to the top of Mt Wellington/Kanunyi for views over Hobart and the Derwent River (or skip this if you've already been and head straight to Coal River Valley instead). You'll visit some of Tasmania's oldest churches, bridges, and convict sites. After that, there's time to browse antique shops and grab something sweet along the street. Lunch happens at a local favorite café or hotel where they'll handle any dietary requirements. The afternoon is for exploring small wineries and checking out a cheese and chocolate factory. You're back at your Hobart accommodation by 4:30pm.
