Itinerary
- Day 1
Ngorongoro to Serengeti
You'll start early with breakfast before 6:00 am, then head towards Serengeti National Park by way of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive includes a game drive en route, and you'll arrive in the early afternoon. After checking in at your tented lodge, you'll continue with an afternoon game drive that runs until evening, so you get a good look at what's out there right away.

Mara River Crossing
You'll wake up very early and drive towards the Mara River to see the river crossing event at the crossing points. This is when the wildlife action is at its peak, so the timing matters for getting the best views of what happens.

After breakfast, you'll take an en-route game drive back to central Serengeti and check in at your lodge. Later in the afternoon, you'll head to a good vantage point for the sundowner, so you can sit back and watch the light change over the landscape.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
You'll depart Serengeti in the morning with a game drive to Ngorongoro Crater, which offers some of the best wildlife viewing in the region. After the game drive inside the crater, you'll ascend to Arusha for your drop-off.
