Itinerary
- Day 1
Fes to Merzouga
You'll start with a pickup from your riad or hotel and head south through the Middle Atlas mountains. Along the way, stop to see Barbarian Apes in the cedar forests, then continue driving through passes and gorges as the landscape gradually shifts toward the desert. After grabbing lunch, you'll drive through the Ziz Valley heading to Merzouga, where a camel trek takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach a Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Once you settle into your tent, mint tea gets served, followed by dinner. The evening wraps up around a campfire with traditional Berber drums playing under the stars.

- Day 2
Merzouga to Dades Valley
Early morning brings a sunrise view over the dunes, then breakfast and a hot shower happen at the camp. From there, you'll return to Merzouga either by camel or 4WD, then head toward Tinghir, a Berber village known for its palm trees and distinctive architecture. The Todra Gorges come next, featuring rock walls that climb over 200 meters high. Later you'll continue to Dades Valley, another Berber area famous for its gorges and Atlas Mountain views. By evening, you'll be settled into a charming riad for your second night.

- Day 3
Dades Valley to Marrakech
Your final day involves crossing through the Valley of the Dades and Valley of the Roses to reach Ouarzazate, where the Kasbah of Taourirt gets visited. About 25 km further sits the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that served as a filming location for Hollywood films like Lawrence of Arabia and Babel. From there, you'll drive through the Tizi N-Tichka pass with beautiful High Atlas Mountain views along the way. The journey concludes in Marrakech's Red City, where you'll say goodbye to your guide.
